Happy Birthday to You!

"If you'd never been born, well what would you be?
You might be a fish! Or a toad in a tree!
You might be a door knob! Or three baked potatoes!
You might be a bag full of hard green tomatoes!
Or worse than all that... why, you might be a
WASN'T!
A Wasn't has no fun at all. No, he doesn't.
A Wasn't just isn't. He just isn't present.
But you... you ARE YOU! And now, isn't that pleasant!"

-- Dr. Seuss, from Happy Birthday To You!

Karen is right - Dr. Seuss DOES rock!
And if I'd never been born, I'd never have known Dan Johnson Jr., and my never-life would have been even less than it wasn't!
It just wouldn't have been as good as life with knowing Dan.

ps - Dan: I think you shall star in the sequel: Dan in Real Life 2 / who needs Steve Carrell?!

Man you're the best. Remembering my b'day, shouting out a # way less than the real #, and Dr Seuss to boot...on a box, with a fox, wearing sox (with apologies to the good Dr.).

Thanks Danie;
